Prices are displayed on each product page. Prices for sales within Japan include Japanese consumption tax.
For international sales, the displayed currency and prices may vary according to the selected country or region. Please check the payment currency and amount at checkout before ordering.

Japan: JPY 1,000 per order, nationwide.

International: Standard shipping to supported countries and regions is JPY 3,000 per order for shipments weighing up to 2 kg.
International shipping is limited to destinations supported by the Store. Please contact us before ordering if your destination is not supported or your order exceeds the weight limit.
If you pay in a currency other than Japanese yen, please check the shipping amount displayed at checkout.
International Import Charges
Customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply at the destination. These are the customer's responsibility unless already collected by the Store at checkout, expressly stated to be covered by the Store, or legally payable by the Store.
Amounts vary according to destination laws and customs assessments.

Payment Timing
Payment must be arranged when placing your order.
The actual date on which your account is debited is determined by your card issuer or payment provider.
Dispatch and Delivery
Our products are made to order and generally dispatched within approximately 4 weeks of the order date. If a different production timeframe is stated on a product page, that timeframe applies.
Delivery requires additional transit time, which varies by destination.
Production circumstances, weather, carrier issues or customs procedures may cause delays. Where we become aware of a change to the expected schedule, we will inform you as appropriate.
Order Cancellations and Changes
As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept cancellations or changes for customer reasons after an order has been confirmed.
This does not limit any right to cancel, terminate or withdraw from a contract under applicable law.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer Reasons
We generally do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for customer reasons. However, ring size exchanges are available under the following conditions:

One size exchange is available per order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The ring must only have been tried on indoors and must be free from scratches, marks and dirt.

Exchanges are limited to a standard available size of the same model in the same color.

Custom sizes and custom orders are excluded.

BRAQUE covers the cost of making the replacement ring. The customer pays shipping in both directions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned ring, we will make the replacement and dispatch it within approximately 4 weeks.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or differs from your order, please contact us, preferably within 7 days of delivery. After checking the item's condition, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
BRAQUE covers return shipping and shipping of the replacement in these cases. This requested notification period does not limit your statutory rights.

Quantity Limits and Ordering Periods
Any limits on quantities or ordering periods will be stated on the relevant product page.
Statutory Rights
This notice does not limit your rights of withdrawal, return, refund or other rights under applicable consumer protection law. Where statutory rights apply, we will comply with the relevant law.
