返金ポリシー

All jewelry ordered through this website is made to order and produced after each order is placed.

Due to the nature of made-to-order production, return and exchange conditions differ from ready-made products.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1.Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for customer reasons.

However, rings may be eligible for one size exchange if unused and requested within 7 days of delivery.

Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom sizes and special orders are excluded.

Customer reasons include:
Differences in expectation, color perception, incorrect size selection, mistaken orders, or no longer wanting the item.

Damage caused after delivery under the customer's responsibility is also excluded.

 

2.Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• If the item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.

• If an item different from your order is delivered, including design, material, or size errors.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

After inspection, we will provide a refund or replacement.

 

3.Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases described in Section 2 above.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Processing may take approximately 1–2 weeks.

4.Repairs

Repairs for issues arising during normal use, such as chain breakage or stone loosening, may be available for a fee.

Please contact us for an estimate after inspection.

 

5.Please Review Before Ordering

Product images may vary slightly depending on your monitor environment.

Natural stones may show individual variation and are not considered defects.

Please review size guides carefully before placing an order.

当サイトでお客様にご注文いただくジュエリーは、すべてお客様からのご注文を受けてから製作する受注生産品となっております。この性質上、既製品とは異なる返品・交換条件が適用されますので、下記の内容を十分にご理解いただいた上でご注文ください。

1. 返品・交換の可否について

お客様都合による返品・交換は原則として承っておりません。

ただし、リングに限り未使用かつ商品到着後7日以内であれば、1回までサイズ交換をご相談いただけます。

往復送料はお客様負担となります。

特注サイズ・カスタムオーダーは対象外となります。

• お客様のご都合とは：
  • イメージと異なる、思っていた色と違う、サイズが合わない（ご注文時のサイズ指定間違いを含む）、不要になった、注文を間違えた、など。
  • 商品到着後、お客様の責任で傷や破損が生じた場合。

2. 例外的な返品・交換について

以下の場合は、返品または交換を承ります。商品到着後7日以内に、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。期日を過ぎた場合はお受けできませんのでご注意ください。

• 初期不良の場合：
  • 商品に明らかな破損、汚れ、不具合がある場合。
• ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合：
  • 注文したデザイン、素材、サイズと異なる商品が届いた場合。

これらの場合、返送にかかる送料は弊社が負担いたします。返品された商品を確認後、速やかに返金または交換品の製作・発送の手続きをいたします。

3. 返金について

• 返金は、上記「2. 例外的な返品・交換について」に該当する場合のみ行われます。
• 返金方法は、ご注文時のお支払い方法に準じます。クレジットカード決済の場合は、クレジットカード会社を通じて返金されます。銀行振込の場合は、お客様ご指定の銀行口座へ振り込みいたします。
• 返金処理には、通常1〜2週間程度お時間をいただく場合がございます。

4. 修理について

通常使用による不具合（チェーン切れ、石外れなど）については、有償にて修理を承ります。修理費用や期間については、商品の状態を確認後にお見積もりいたしますので、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

5. ご注文前に必ずご確認ください

• 掲載されている商品の画像は、ご利用のモニター環境により、実際の色味と多少異なる場合がございます。
• 天然石を使用している商品は、石の色合いや内包物に個体差がございます。これらは天然の特性であり、不良品ではございません。
• サイズについては、各商品ページに記載のサイズガイドをよくご確認の上、ご注文ください。ご不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
